Meet me on Zoom
I review everything before we talk. You get 45 minutes of direct answers: red flags, corrections, and your next steps.
You're handling your own case. I make sure it's on solid ground.
Floridians managing their own immigration matters — green card applications, naturalization, removal proceedings, work visas — who want an experienced attorney to check their work before they file or appear. You stay pro se. I don't take over your case; I make sure you're running it on solid footing.
What this isn't
This is a one-time review and strategy session, not ongoing representation. I don't file forms, appear for you, or track your deadlines after the call. If your case needs a full-representation attorney, I'll tell you that directly and point you in the right direction.
Honest guidance, real experience.
Asylum client approved for lawful permanent residency
After years of uncertainty, a client who first came to us seeking asylum was granted permanent residency in 2025 — securing their long-term future in the United States.
What former clients say
“Extremely knowledgeable in immigration law, and he does not overpromise results. He is extremely responsive… he cares about people and getting results in your case.”
“Straight talking and very concise information allowing me to successfully apply and naturalize as a US citizen. The advice and timelines I received were right on target and the knowledge of the procedure was unsurpassed.”
“What struck me about Michael was his ability to be honest and direct while also being incredibly compassionate… his advice was so clear and helpful.”
“Immigration law today is a lot to navigate and changes daily… He’s humble in knowing when to change course, knowledgeable to understand the complexity of the law and kind to make us feel the support of a friend.”
Reviews reflect individual client experiences with Michael P. Kenny’s prior representation work. Every case is different. Past results and reviews do not guarantee a similar outcome; immigration benefits are discretionary.

The consultation model is simple: you get my full attention on your case for 45 minutes, you leave with a straight answer and a plan, and your case stays yours.
Frequently asked questions
I've been handling my case myself — is this for me?
Yes — that's exactly who this is built for. Most people I talk to have already been navigating USCIS forms, deadlines, or a removal case on their own. I review what you've filed or received, point out anything that needs attention, and lay out what comes next.
What do I get for the $450?
Before we meet, I personally review the documents you upload. Then we spend 45 minutes on Zoom going through your case: what's working, what the red flags are, and the specific next steps I'd take in your position. You leave with a clear plan — not a sales pitch.
Why isn't the consultation free?
Free consultations are usually a screening call to sell you full representation. This is different: the consultation is the service. You're paying for an experienced attorney's focused review of your actual documents and a working session on your actual case — and you stay in control of it afterward.
I'm in immigration court (removal proceedings). Can you help?
Yes — I have removal defense and federal litigation experience, and I can review your notices, explain what's happening in plain English, and lay out your options. If you have a hearing date coming up, book as soon as possible; deadlines in these matters move quickly.
Can we really do this entirely over Zoom?
Yes. The practice is built around remote consultations, serving clients anywhere in Florida. All you need is a phone or computer with internet access. Consultations are conducted in English; interpreter arrangements are available on request.
What if my case needs more than a consultation?
I'll tell you plainly. If your matter needs a full-representation attorney, you'll hear that directly during our session, along with where I'd point you. No pressure, no bait-and-switch — the session's job is to give you the truth about your case.
Ready for a straight answer?
45 minutes. Flat $450. Your case stays yours.
